Canso Funds

Canso Fund Management Ltd., an affiliate of Canso Investment Counsel Ltd., is sponsor and trustee of the Canso Funds. The Canso Funds are private pooled funds that are managed by Canso Investment Counsel Ltd. and have a variety of investment objectives.

These funds are not offered by prospectus. They are purchased privately under prospectus exemptions for private placements that vary by regulatory regime. Prospective investors should consult legal counsel in their jurisdiction to see if they qualify for these exemptions.

Residents of Ontario may purchase the funds through Canso Investment Counsel Ltd., a registered Limited Market Dealer in Ontario. The funds may also be purchased through another Limited Market Dealer or an Investment Dealer registered in a prospective investor's home jurisdiction

The Canso Funds are offered on a limited basis to investors with a targeted minimum investment of $5,000,000.

The Declaration of Trust of the Canso Funds gives Canso Fund Management Ltd. the right to approve all investments in the Canso Funds. Canso Fund Management Ltd. reserves the right to reject any subscription to the Canso Funds.
